Director of Production
More than three decades ago, Marty began his journey in the remodeling industry, working alongside his father as a laborer on various projects.
Throughout the years, he has held nearly every role in the field, from carpenter to sales associate to project manager.
As Director of Production, Marty oversees the entire construction lifecycle, from design handover to project completion, ensuring projects finish on time, within budget, and to high quality standards by leading the production team, managing the various trades, controlling costs, ensuring safety, and implementing processes improvements to achieve company goals. He is the bridge between sales/design and field operations.
Marty is thrilled to be part of the Heartland Design & Remodeling company that values its employees like family and fosters a positive working atmosphere. The leadership is deeply committed to their employees and clients, ensuring that each project receives the highest level of service and quality.
In his free time, Marty cherishes moments spent with his family. He has two sons—one in college and the other in high school—and a supportive wife of 20+ years. Marty and his family enjoy camping together, and when they’re not outdoors, they love attending sporting events, concerts, and racing competitions.
