Lareese is truly a jack of all trades! She co-founded NVS, now known as Heartland Design & Remodeling, alongside her husband, Glen Miracle, starting their company’s journey in their Burke basement. Over the years, they have expanded their operations, moving from Chantilly to a stunning 6,000 square foot showroom in Manassas, where Lareese has witnessed the company evolve into one of Northern Virginia’s most beloved and trusted remodeling firms.

In her multifaceted role, Lareese manages day-to-day office tasks, event planning, and promotional activities. She not only provides essential support to her husband and partner, Glen Miracle, the owner, but also infuses a personal touch into all company events and activities.
