Remodeling for me has always been about exceeding expectations. Years ago we ran an ad on a local TV station. The producers interviewed one of my clients in their home where we had recently remodeled their kitchen. They asked the client several questions hoping to get something good to use in our ad. One of the first things our client told the producer is that when she comes down every morning to get a cup of coffee she says to herself “I love my new kitchen.” That has been my goal ever since—to have our clients love and feel comfortable in their remodeled space and their home. I tell my employees that if we exceed our client’s expectations we will never run out of work!
