I’m David Perez, project manager at Heartland Design, I have more than 20 years’ experience working in the remodeling business, and I love what I do. Working with my clients and ensuring a smooth process for their project is my top priority. In my 20 years, 17 of them have been as a lead carpenter and 3 years as a product manager, all of which have helped me understand our client’s needs.  I believe that treating our clients with respect and professionalism and doing everything in my power to make their project an amazing and unbelievable experience is key to a successful project.  It is an honor to work for this great company and our team at Heartland Design.
