Over the past 25 years, Damon has worked in the remodeling and construction industry in various capacities, including as an installer and carpenter,  project manager, and sales.

As Director of Operations and Sales, Damon leads the entire team optimizing operational efficiency and drives revenue growth. He develops and executes sales strategies, leads and coaches sales teams, manages budgets and job costing, ensures seamless sales-to-operations handoffs, analyzes performance, and fosters a customer-focused culture.

Damon is committed to creating and maintaining an innovative and collaborative workplace that encourages the free flow of ideas and fosters a team-oriented culture through sound processes and practices. 

Before embarking on a career in remodeling, Damon earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland.

In his free time, Damon enjoys all things soccer and outdoor activities— kayaking, fly fishing, and camping with his wife and two kids.
