Over the past 20 years, Damon has worked in the remodeling and construction industry in various capacities, including as an installer and carpenter, a project manager overseeing multiple renovations at a time, and a sales representative, where he enjoyed building trust with clients and helping them realize their dreams.

Damon said he is fortunate to be a part of Heartland Design & Remodeling, a company that is committed to delivering top-notch service to its clients while prioritizing the well-being of its employees. The company’s core is built on integrity and quality, and that is why their clients keep coming back.

Before embarking on a career in remodeling, Damon earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland.

In his free time, Damon enjoys all things soccer, and outdoor activities— kayaking, fly fishing, and camping with his wife and two kids.
